- Polypropylene rugs are super easy to clean! For spills, remove any excess material and blot the stain with a clean cloth dampened with lukewarm water. Never rub the stain as this will move it deeper into the fiber and make it harder to remove. Repeat this process with a solution of lukewarm water and dish detergent. Finish by blotting with water and finally a clean white cloth.
- Upon delivery, your rug will be rolled from the factory and may contain creases caused by tight packaging and compression. Typically, these creases will disappear within 3-5 days in warmer temperatures and 5-7 days in cooler weather. To minimize creasing, roll the rug with the pattern side facing up and gently massage the creases. This will release the backing and allow it to lay flat. Another option is to place the rug in a sunny room to take advantage of the heat which will further loosen the backing.
